Neighbor Kwa Jirani Foundation is an all-volunteer California Public Benefit Corporation. The Foundation was incorporated in Sacramento, California, USA, on September 30, 2011. As a California nonprofit corporation, we are exempt from California state income tax.

The Foundation is recognized by the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), as exempt from federal income tax as a 501(c)(3) public charity.
