Module Selection

This page is used to review and update the major budget areas for Amani School. Each section below represents a different part of the school budget. Select the appropriate budget module to review existing items, update quantities or costs, and identify changes needed for the next school term or budget cycle.

Employee Expenses

Employee expenses include the regular personnel costs needed to operate Amani School. This section is used for reviewing staff-related budget items such as salaries, required employee contributions, and other employment-related costs.

Contractor Expenses

Contractor expenses are used for work or services provided by individuals or businesses that are not regular school employees. This may include temporary labor, specialized services, maintenance work, construction-related work, or other contracted support.

General Operating Expenses

General operating expenses include the day-to-day costs needed to keep the school and related operations functioning. These expenses may include administrative costs, facility costs, vehicle-related expenses, and other regular operating needs that do not fit into a classroom, food, payroll, or department-specific category.

School Supply Expenses

School supply expenses include general materials and supplies needed for classroom instruction, student support, office use, and routine school activities. This section helps track supplies that are used across multiple classes or departments rather than belonging to one specific grade.

Department Expenses

Department expenses are organized by school activity area or academic department. This section is used to review costs connected to specific programs such as agriculture, exams, health, music, and home science.

Class Expenses

Class expenses are organized by grade level or classroom group. This section is used to review costs that belong directly to a specific class, including classroom needs, grade-level activities, and other expenses connected to students in that class.

Uniforms

Uniform expenses are used to track clothing and uniform-related costs for students. This may include items purchased ready-made as well as items that are tailored locally.

Food Services

Food services includes the food and kitchen-related supplies needed to feed the students and staff. This section is used to review food quantities, unit costs, frequency of use, and kitchen supply needs for the school term.

Sports

Sports expenses include the costs needed to support student athletics and physical education activities. This may include uniforms, equipment, and other sports-related supplies.
